1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all sales made on myhouseofsongs.com, operated by House of Songs ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these Terms in full.

2. Our creations and the use of AI

House of Songs creates personalized songs and related add-ons (such as a custom cover, lyric video or karaoke version). Each creation is unique and made to order from the information you provide.

Our songs are produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools (including AI-assisted composition, instrumental and voice generation), combined with human curation. By ordering, you acknowledge and accept that AI tools may be used in the creation process.

Because music and artistic taste are inherently subjective, we do not promise a specific artistic result beyond the revisions and satisfaction guarantee described in our Refund Policy.

3. Orders and acceptance

You order by completing the form on the product page and confirming payment. The contract is formed once we confirm your order. We may refuse or cancel any order — in particular requests containing illegal, hateful, defamatory, infringing or offensive content — and will refund any amount already paid in that case.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Promotional prices apply only for the period indicated. Your order is always billed at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Payment

Payment is made online at the time of the order through our secure payment providers (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and others shown at checkout). Your full payment details are never stored by us.

6. Delivery

Songs are delivered digitally by email. Standard delivery is within 48 hours; priority options allow delivery within 12 or 24 hours depending on the option chosen. Delivery times are indicative and run from the moment we receive all the information needed; we are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information you provide or by events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Your content and the rights you grant us

To create your song you provide information, names, stories and, optionally, photos or media ("Your Content"). You grant House of Songs a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and adapt Your Content for the sole purpose of creating and delivering your order. You confirm that you hold all necessary rights and consents for Your Content — including the consent of any person named or shown — and that it complies with the law and does not infringe the rights of others.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of Your Content. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover House of Songs for any third-party claim that results directly from Your Content or from your breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

Once your song is delivered and fully paid, it is yours for personal use: you may listen to it, keep it and share it privately with your loved ones. Any commercial or public use requires our prior written agreement. The House of Songs name, website, tools and production process remain our exclusive property. We may showcase anonymized examples of our work for promotion; you can ask us not to use yours by writing to team@myhouseofsongs.com.

10. Satisfaction and refunds

Revisions and our satisfaction guarantee, described in the Refund Policy, are the agreed remedy for any dissatisfaction with the artistic result of your song. This does not affect any mandatory legal rights you may have as a consumer.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Website availability and changes

We work to keep the website available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may improve or adjust our services over time. We may update these Terms; the version that applies to your order is the one published when you order.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as outages, supplier failures or force majeure).

14. Governing law and disputes

We always aim to resolve any issue amicably first — just contact us at team@myhouseofsongs.com. As a consumer you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These Terms do not deprive you of the mandatory protections of the consumer law applicable to you.

15. Miscellaneous

If any clause is found invalid, the rest of the Terms remain in force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and House of Songs.
