Custom-made, AI-assisted creations
Each song is a custom-made digital creation, produced to your specific request with the assistance of AI tools and human curation. As personalized, made-to-order digital content, it is — once production has started or the file has been delivered — exempt from the standard legal right of withdrawal. In exchange, we offer the satisfaction guarantee below.
Revisions included
If the first version of your song does not fully match your expectations, you benefit from included revisions so we can adjust the result until it suits you.
Satisfaction guarantee & refund
Your satisfaction is delivered first and foremost through revisions, which are unlimited and free. If a version doesn’t feel right, tell us precisely what you’d like changed and we keep refining your song until it matches the brief you gave us.
A refund is a last resort, not a first step. It may be considered only if all of the following apply:
• you have genuinely engaged our revision process in good faith, giving precise, actionable and consistent feedback so our team can adjust your song;
• despite these revisions, the final result still does not match the brief and information you submitted — artistic taste is subjective, so we guarantee that your song matches your brief, not a particular subjective preference;
• the request is made in good faith, before you approve, download, share or otherwise use the final version of your song.
Refunds are assessed case by case, at our reasonable discretion.
How to request a revision or refund
Contact us at team@myhouseofsongs.com with your order number, before approving your final version. We respond within 24 hours.
When a refund no longer applies
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not granted where:
• a refund is requested without first using the revision process, or right after delivery, without giving our team a fair chance to adjust the song;
• the delivered song matches the information and brief you provided — a change of mind is not a defect;
• you have validated, approved, downloaded, used or kept the final song or its files;
• the request appears intended to obtain the finished song, or a satisfactory result, free of charge;
• the dissatisfaction results from inaccurate or incomplete information you provided;
• the feedback provided is vague, contradictory, or appears used as a pretext to manufacture dissatisfaction;
• the item is a paid add-on (cover, karaoke, lyric video, etc.) already produced and delivered.
Express & Priority delivery: choosing a faster delivery option does not change these conditions. Once your song has been delivered within the promised timeframe, the service has been performed.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
