This website (myhouseofsongs.com) and the House of Songs service are operated by CTD VENTURES LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the House of Songs website and services (the "Service"). By placing an order or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

House of Songs creates original, personalized songs based on the story and details you provide. Each song is written and produced by our team of songwriters and producers.

2. Orders & your brief

You provide the details for your song (recipient, occasion, story, style, voice, and contact details) through our order form.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including the phone number and email used to receive your song.
You confirm you have the right to share any names, stories or details you provide.

3. Free preview, payment & delivery

We first send you a free preview of your song by SMS and/or email, normally within 6–12 hours (and at most 12 hours).
If you love it, you unlock the full song by completing payment. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We never store your card details.
Once payment is confirmed, the full song is delivered to you instantly (high-quality MP3, plus the lyrics as a PDF where applicable).

4. Revisions

We want you to love your song. We offer revisions to adjust your song until it feels right, as described on the Service at the time of your order.

5. Licence & use of your song

Once paid for, the song is yours to keep, play and share for personal use. Any commercial-use rights are as expressly described at the time of purchase. House of Songs retains the right to use anonymized excerpts of songs for promotion unless you ask us not to.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to request content that is unlawful, hateful, defamatory, infringing, or that violates the rights of others. We may refuse or cancel any order that breaches these Terms and refund it where appropriate.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTD VENTURES LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
