1. Try before you pay

Every order starts with a free preview sent to you before any payment. You only pay to unlock the full song once you have heard it — so there is no risk in ordering.

2. Satisfaction guarantee

If, after purchasing, you are not happy with your song, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@myhouseofsongs.com. We will first offer a revision to make it right; if we still cannot satisfy you, we will refund your purchase.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@myhouseofsongs.com with your order details and the reason. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

4. Digital nature of the product

Because our songs are custom-made digital products created specifically for you, refunds are provided at our discretion under the satisfaction guarantee above rather than as an automatic right of withdrawal once the full song has been unlocked.
